Received great service from the staff & especially Lewis. Sadly a lot of calls didn't connect due to those numbers being registered as spam calls but the company kept trying. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely use them again when I next want to update the vehicle. A really really reallyyyyyy great experience. Thank you.

I bought my car from 88 Motorhouse in Oldham . I was dealing with Jay. Throughout my buying period ,Jay could not have been more helpful . Infact ,that is a massive understatement. He went to extraordinary efforts to ensure I received my new car .This was despite one or two problems that I had on a personal level .Jay went above and beyond, had my car delivered to Redcar from Oldham, free of charge. Additionally, he even helped out directly with my old car .You will not get a better level of service anywhere, I can promise that . Such an easy process to buy a car

Such an easy process to buy a car, I had a credit check done and was asked to confirm I was happy to go ahead. Browed through the cars looking for the type of car I wanted. I was contacted by Will from Choose my Car who had a look at my selection and got to work contacting the dealerships but unfortunately some of the cars were a long distance away or one was a reregister right off so he then went onto auto trader and sent me listings of cars to look at so I chose the car I wanted, went for a test drive the following day and placed a holding deposit on it to secure the vehicle while the finance was finalised and the car was MOT’d and serviced I then picked my car up the following day, I simply took a photo of me with the car and sent it via a link and within 20 minutes the money was in the dealers bank, we finalised the deal and I drove off with my car. The whole process took less than 48 hours and I was even able to part exchange my old car as well. I would highly recommend ChooseMyCar to anyone, regardless of your credit history.

Highly recommend!!!

Had a lovely experience with choose my car finance! Samantha and her colleague were amazing help, always available for a phone call to assist where needed! Was an easy handover on buying my car! 10/10 highly recommend!! Were very helpful on advising the best/cheapest finance options, even advised waiting post-test for cheaper however I was very persistent on buying prior to my test which they were understanding in me doing so. Great service, couldn’t be happier!

Jay was brilliant!

Jay was brilliant, he was speedy during an anxious time for me. He was persistent with dealerships and patient with me. He made sure he was working with reliable and trustworthy dealerships and always went the extra mile. He was genuinely concerned about my needs and wanted to get my car sorted out as best as he could without putting any pressure on me. He always gave me all of the options and allowed me to make the decisions that were best for me. He continued to answer all of my questions and always made sure that I got a reply, he was very dependable. I had a really superb experience and would recommend to anyone I speak to...spot on!
