2. Whose products do we offer?
Caerus Capital Ltd t/a Choose My Car is a Credit Broker not a Lender and can introduce you to a limited number of lenders, credit brokers and finance products to assist with your vehicle purchase. We are not an independent financial advisor and do not make recommendations,, however, we will provide you with information on products which may suit your requirements based on information you disclose, to assist you in making an informed decision on your purchase. Please ask for a list of our funding partners.
3. Which service will we provide you with?
We will provide you with information to assist with your funding decision on:
- Credit Agreements – Hire Purchase, Personal Contract Purchase, Lease Purchase, Conditional
4. What will you have to pay us for our services?
No fee
You will receive a quotation which will tells you about the costs of each of the products and any other fees relating to any particular credit agreement.
We will be paid a commission for introducing you to our selective group of lenders; either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions. However, any such amount lenders pay us will not affect the amount you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned.
When you obtain any vehicle, product, or service from a third party via the service, our provision of services related to that vehicle, product, or service may entitle us to receive commissions or charge fees upon that third party.

5. Who regulates us?
Caerus Capital Ltd is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit activities: our Firm Reference Number (FRN) is 802631. Caerus Capital Ltd is a Credit Broker not a Lender. Our FCA permitted business is arranging finance products.

7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Finance products are not covered by this scheme.
